Kinero Tan is an extortionist that tried to blackmail a photographer if he didn't give him money. Kinero Tan works for a marketing firm called Marketo and he utilized his knowledge of review creation to blackmail a service provider by stating if he didn't pay him, he would ruin the service provider's reputation.

What can you need to do if Kinero Tan threatened to destroy your reputation online in the event you did not issue a refund... for a photograph shoot you already did? They consented to meet rain or shine and settled on a day and time. It did rain when the shoot rolled around, hence the pictures were shot by The photographer in a hotel ballroom.

"We worked jointly to determine which pictures were greatest, he picked his favorite, and that I edited it for him. He paid me via Venmo onsite $350 as concurred."

The photographer shared the closing portrait together with the reporter to reveal the quality. It's been pixelated to safeguard the identity of the Kinero Tan.

The photographer reacted by saying that the refund can't be issued by him, but would reshoot the pictures:
I understand your frustration, particularly in light of my hectic schedule as far as attempting to setup a reshoot. My policy is the fact that if a Kinero Tan is not happy using their pictures, I Will do a reshoot at no added price, particularly when the situation were my fault. There was not much else we could do in that place, because it had been raining, but I still consents to a reshoot.
Unless the shoot cannot be redone, I do not offer refunds.
