Do not use this limo company. We signed a contract with them for their services for our wedding. About 2 weeks before the wedding we started calling them to follow up. We have 2 numbers for them. One is for Brian (who we signed the contract with) and a 2nd number was listed on their website. They would not return our calls. In fact, they totally avoided us. We called 10-15 times between the two numbers. Once he picked up and then just hung right back up on us.

I started calling around to other local limo companies to get someone else to help us at the last minute. The more I called around, the more horror stories I heard about this company. I heard stories of them calling people and saying they wrecked, had a flat tire, broke down, etc. and then not showing up. They double book all the time. If they find something better (more money) they will leave you hanging. I also talked to another couple who said that they didn't show up for their wedding either. The direct quote from their website is "Every customer is treated as a King or Queen". You can also find them at myspace.com/kingalexlimo where Brian has pictures of him and his wife and friends driving around in the limo as well as the same pictures on their website. They also apparently sub-contract out to two or three different companies including Queen City Limo.

Do not trust this company or Brian. His word (or contract) means nothing. They have a horrible reputation.

Beware!

King Alex limousine has no insurance. Any company that has cars that seat 15 or more people must carry a 5 million dollar policy which he should be able to show you. You can check this out by going to the DOT website and typing in his name. If you notice on the internet he has several address making it hard to find him. If you call and want to see a car of his he ill meet you in a parking lot so you cant find him when he doesn't show up. This man who owns King Alex is not even an American Citizen. he has been videoed stalking other limo companies lots trying to steal parts of their cars. Here is a link to the DOT website showing NO INSURANCE
http://li-public.fmcsa.dot.gov/LIVIEW/pkg_carrquery.prc_getdetail ( copy and paste in browser)

The owners name is ARTUR TIGRANYAN he has an address listed in Fairfield, on Williamsburg way and he also has one in Milford, Oh. Brian use to work for him but he quit because he is a Cincinnati, Police officer and could not no longer be a part of his scams. King Alex Limousine also has no operating authority per the DOT. His cars are not even supposed to be on the road so he may get stopped at any time get pulled over while you are in car and it will be impounded immediately. Please dont be another victim. Now you can see why his prices are so cheap. If its a reputable compny you will find them on the DOT website and see that they have opperating Authority. This guy is scum and needs to be put away!.

Here is his DOT# just incase any one needs it 1742359. Mr King Alex Limo I will make sure you close your doors very soon. Now that I have located your place which I have not listed I will have the dot inspectors there to greet you!

Make sure you go visit your limo company in person. That they do have a legit office to do business in and that they have insurance they will show you if they are a good company!

Please provide a contract signed by myself Brian

Simple policies are not difficult to understand but completely necessary for business transactions. These said policies are placed upon each and every customer to make sure that EVERY customer receives the same quality service.

That being said, these were the only things that were being asked of the client. For the client AND the company to sign a mutual contract that binds and reserves the needed date. Not an outrageous policy. To deposit a certain amount of money depending on individual quotes. Again, not an outrageous request. Reserving a day means quality service for the client and adequate business for King Alex Limo Services. Reserving a specific date requires King Alex to deny any other events that day to ensure quality.

Events come and go quickly, and clients request service weeks even months in advance. If this unsatisfied customer wished to have service, than the customer should have meticulously followed customary procedures in order to secure our services. We apologize that another client came and secured the date with the necessary contract and deposit. We also apologize that any inconvenience was brought upon because of our policies. Unless you have a contract that I have signed to legitimize the secure bond and proof of a deposit, Nybor, there is nothing broken.

However, ruining a business reputation will not solve anyones problems. All that was lacking was organization, communication and understanding. Future clients do not need to research King Alex Limousine Service because we will establish our policies for anyone and everyone to see. Reasonable contract, deposit for security of the date and excellent service for your event. We will not continue trying to defend ourselves because we dont feel as if we need to. Our policies are not immoral or unfair. Neither do we wish that anyones special days be ruined.

The right person

I have the contract still till this day that i got from the clint in question along with emails and contact information. The run was set for April 11th 2009 for a 1 hour wedding. The total price for the wedding was $180.00 plus gratuity. The contract is signed by the client, but as i stated before there was never a deposit place to hold the limousine.

Everyone knows and it states in the contracts that a non-refundable deposit has to be place to hold a limousine. The client was upset when I spoke with her about the limousine not being held do to a deposit not being placed. I as a limousine provider have fallen to be the bad guy for a mistake that was not mine there was attempts made to contact the client to get the reservation held, but was unsecsusefull.

I filed the original Rip Off report and this rebuttal is not about me. It must be about someone else that you screwed over. I never got phone calls or emails. I just didnt get a response after calling over 15 times to confirm my WEDDING reservation and then you just didnt show up. I never faxed a contract or anything else that you talked about in your response. We already had a signed contract. I guess you've probably had so many complaints...you can't keep up with them.

Wedding April 09

AUTHOR: nairb - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, December 03, 2009

I met with the woman in question several months before her wedding to go over the paper work needed to book a limousine with King Alex Limos. I informed the clinet that all reservations were took on a first come first serve bases. I explained that I would need a signed contract along with a deposit to hold the limousine for their day requesed. This is standered for all limouisne companies in Cincinnati.

About 3 weeks later her contract came across our fax machine at the office. The only bad side to this was in the process of her getting her paper work to me the limo that she wanted had all ready booked for a prom. I left the clinet voicemails along with an email infoming her that the car had booked.

When the clinet faxed in her contract there was also no deposit attached with the contract. If you notice in the report there was never no claim about money. As a family owned and operated company we would have to close our doors if we waitted on everyone that said they were going to book a limo.

The client called me one week before the wedding to confirm her reservation at that point and time she was told that there was no reservation. This was when the client went on screaming at the rep over the phone saying she was going to file a report on the internet.

We tried to offer her another limousine and a party bus for the same price that was quoted to her for the limousine that she wanted. The client refused and said she would find another limousine company.

She called a limousine company that I was affiliated with at one point and time and eneded up booking with them. This is where my company was slandered by the owner of the other limo company.

I have copies of all emails that were sent to the client in a timley manner for anyone that would like to see them. Along with Copies of her contract that has the date that we met and went over the details and a date of when she signed the contract and retured it to me. Along with the contract for the prom that was done with dates and time of when the contract and deposit was placed.
