Order placed on 4/7/2009 for a "Zat Gun".

KOS;4/8/2009, Order "Accepted" Credit card was charged soon after for purchase.

Me; 5/?/09; Have not recieved order.

KOS; 5/11/09, Not released from customs...

Me, 7/10/09, requisted refund if not sent now.

KOS, 7/14/09, Promissed it would sent as soon as possible.

KOS, 8/31/09, Forwarded order to manufacture to be sent directly from them.

Me, 10/29/09, Told them I wanted my money back. Repeated this on 11/12/09.

KOS, 11/13/09, "Your has been cancelled per your request. A refund will be issued to you as soon as possible."

Me, 11/16/09, I thanked them for replying and sent them my home address for a check to be sent to. Since my credit card was no longer valid and I was NOT going to give them my new number.

Me, 1/13/2010, I sent them a message that I still have not recieved a refund. No further messages from them to this date 5/9/2010.
