king rip off
i had been playing king.com for about a month, i am a very skilled game player and found it easy to win 500. i then made a withdrawal request. and within a week my account was blocked. they sent me an email saying they had indications of rules being broke and they requested id so i sent them an attachment with a copy of my passport. they then asked several more qeustions. i answered all of them and done everything they asked.
i couldnt understand the problem

i have looked through the rules of king.com again and again and still cant see what i have done wrong.
after a few emails from king.com asking personal questions they sent me this email

Dear Claire,
According to the terms & conditions of King.com a person may open only one player account and that account must be funded by the person who opened it. If a member is in breach of one or both of these conditions
King.com has the right to close the members' accounts.

King.com has had your account under investigation because our security system indicated that a possible breach against our rules was suspected.

Because of this suspicion, we were forced to investigate this and during the investigation your account was temporary imposed with some restrictions. Our investigation confirmed our suspicion and your account
will therefore remain blocked in accordance with clause 10 in our terms and agreements.

Your deposit has been refunded via PayPal and your winnings will be donated to Freeroll tournaments.

i only had 1 account and i was the only person who funded it. and thats what i told them. i even sent id and written confirmation. they should not get away with not paying out everyones winnings and something should be done about it.
i just hope someone has a strong enough case to take them to court. my advise is never register with king.com or midas player
