Kingdom Connected Investments SCAMMERS WHO LEAVE PEOPLE HOMELESS AND FINANCIALLY DESTITUTE! Greenville South Carolina

Kingdom Connected Investments is a just another business for racketeering and scamming for these people. Plain and simple, what they do is find homes going into foreclosure, promise the current homeowner that they will pay out the loan. Then, under the false pretense that they own the home, they find innocent victims to rent to own the house.

All the while, they don't make any payments to the mortgage company/bank, leaving the original homeowner behind on payments and silently destroying his credit.

ALSO, they take a good sum of money as downpayment. (I paid $15.000, and 6 months rent). ALL this they keep and pocket!

This scam goes on until the bank continues with their foreclosing proceedings, because Kingdom Connected never paid a penny as said. The owner of the house is now aware and the person renting this so-called rent to own house gets notice from Kingdom that they have a month to get out, because the house is going into foreclosure.

I was told a month before Christmas, and as a single mom of a an 11-year old daughter, I was heartbroken and scared. I am furious at the people they have been allowed to harm, they need to be shut down and prosecuted.

They conveniently avoid any court proceedings by wording their contracts just so. Come on people, just because they can do that, higher authorities need to step in. Additions or omissions to a contract shouldn't let people like these continue to scam and hurt people financially and emotionally over and over!! Someone needs to put the 'fear of god' in these so called 'god-fearing' christians and shut them down!!
