Kingdom Trailers LLC Buyer Beware-7 months later-Deposit promised to be refunded-still no $ received Douglas, Georgia

BUYER BEWARE!! ORDERED AN ENCLOSED TRAILER FROM KINGDOM TRAILERS
3/26/12 AND WAS TOLD 4-6 WEEKS. WHEN WE HAD FINALLY HAD ENOUGH, WE REQUESTED OUR DEPOSIT BACK AND TO CANCEL THE TRAILER ORDER AND PURCHASE ELSEWHERE AND THEY
REFUSED! THEY HAVE AN F RATING WITH THE BBB AND WE HAVE SINCE FILED A
BBB COMPLAINT AS WELL AS A COMPLAINT WITH THE CONSUMER AFFAIRS
DEPARTMENT OF GEORGIA. SHOP ELSEWHERE AND RESEARCH THE COMPANY BEFORE
YOU BUY AND SEE IF THEY HAVE IMPROVED THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Timeline of events.

1)Phone order taken by Kingdom Trailers 3/26/12 and card
charged $650 and from deposit date Trailer should have been produced no later
than 90days according to their website guarantee.

2)Numerous phone calls starting in May asking about status
of trailer and why we have never been sent an invoice?

3) 8/20/12 invoice finally sent on trailer  through email,
with now an extended due date of 9/28/12 (6 months from when deposit over phone
was taken?)

4) I immediately requested to cancel the trailer order upon
receiving yet more delays on 8/22 in an email
to Chris Singeltary of Kingdom Trailers.

5) He refused to credit

6) Filed BBB Complaint and consumer affairs complaint
through Georgia
8/23/12

7) BBB complaint was closed as unresolved

8) Chris Singeltary agreed to send a refund via check 9/6/12
per emails with him, myself and Ruth
from the Governors office

9) Email dated 10/1/12
from Chris that he was sending a check for $650 that Friday no check sent

10) Email dated
10/12/12 from Chris that he was sending a check $650 Friday 10/12/12-no check
sent

Promise after promise to refund the deposit of $650 from
3/26/12 and to datenothing!

I have attached to this letter all email
correspondence with the owner of Kingdom Trailers Chris Singeltary. In my
opinion as both a business owner, and a consumer I have given him the benefit
of the doubt on several occasions to resolve this complaint and dispute. He has
failed in his promises to refund the $650 charge to me. I have exhausted
attempts through the local BBB as well as the governors office of consumer
protection that have both made attempts to resolve and were unsuccessful.

He constantly makes remarks that he wants to do the right "Christian" thing to do. Yet he is still in business trying to sell more trailers to other vulnerable consumers? If he wants to keep his business afloat it seems the right "Christian" thing to do is settle your dispute with your upset customer over a mere $650 and move on with your business and future customers! I have nothing but time, and if he never sends this $650 back to me I will continue to post reviews all over the internet in hopes this never happens to another consumer like it did to us!!!!!!!  Simple resolution, send the refund Chris!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And you will be done hearing from us!
