King's Creek Plantation timeshares crooked, devious, misleading, liars Williamsburg Virginia

I bought a cottage timeshare from these crooks in 2013.  I was clearly told by the salesman that if we were not fully satisfied with the estate that their company would do one of two things: 1. help us sell the property 2. buy the property back from us. 

I contacted a KCP agent who informed me that they do not do either one of those two things.  The primary reason I bought the property was because I felt like I had a safety net, given what the salesman had told me.  I was clearly lied to.

One of the ways this outfit brings incredible pressure to bear on you to buy, is by inundating you with so much information, so fast, you feel overpowerd by the presentation.  It very much reminds me of the old cup and marble game in which one wagers a small bet to determine under which thimble, the marble is found.  I do not believe the average person with average intelligence can assimilate and understand all the information one is given over a relatively short period of time.

The best advice I could give any prospective buyer of ANY timeshare is to just NOT DO IT.  This industry of timeshares is corrupt across the board: employees do not have the integrity of an alley cat.  Beware of this company because they APPEAR to be legimitate but they are just as crooked as everybody in the industry. Duplicity is their stock in trade.

I would like to be a part of any class action suit against KCP if there is one started.
