Kings transmission Barr transmission Rebuilt a transmission that didn't last 900 miles and won't repair or refund money Seattle, Washington

I went to kings transmission to have my tranny rebuilt in December & paid $2000 for the service but when I got the truck back shortly after I begin to notice the reverse was a little jerkish. I then took it back to these guys in February to find out what was going on when Mark (the guy I talked to) told me they were not responsible and the best thing for me to do from here is to go find a used transmission from a wrecking yard & he would assist me in putting it in. I then stated that is not what I had paid for. He then proceeded to shoe me off from the premises without really even looking at the transmission and saying I would need to purchase another transmission for my truck. I'm very concerned about their practice because this would in fact be the second transmission I have purchased from these guys for the same vehicle in 3 years.
