I paid Kingsview $10000 to install an asphalt driveway last year. The driveway came with a 10 year warranty to include crack repair and asphalt failure.
Earlier this year, I noticed an area of the driveway that began to crack and the asphalt was chipping away into my yard. I called John, the owner, many times and could not get a response. After finally tracking him down, he said the cracks were "normal" and that the sealer he puts on would fix it. It did not.
Again, I tried contacting John. I wrote e-mails, sent photos, sent movie clips, etc. Only once I called the Better Business Bureau did he call me back and state that "maybe I was expecting too much". He then sent me a $400 bill for sealing the driveway.
This company does not honor their warranty. They have no moral or ethical value.
