I purchased a propane set of logs from this business via ebay in November 2005. I gave the business a satisfactory report because he shipped promptly. However, in December when I had a technician from a propane company out to install the logs we discovered the pilot wouldn't stay lit.
I contacted the business and was told to send the warranty card in and they would take care of it. I've had no further correspondence and at present I have paid this business $289 for the logs and paid the technician trying to install the logs, $224. Together, that means I have been out $513 for an item purchased in good faith and paid for immediately upon purchase - that doesn't work and this business so far has not been dependable on fixing the problem.
If you cosider a purchase from this business - please take the item home and see if it works before you pay for it. Otherwise, the loss will be yours.

Upon installing a gaslog set, you have to make sure you are providing the unit with enough gas. If the gas line is not sized accordingly, it will not work properly.
Thanksfor taking care of this on your side, and I hope the future performance of your gas logs are what you expect.
