I found out that KiS Golf has filed for bankruptcy and that all the locations have been closed. Then WHY is the Kennesaw location still soliciting people to sign up to win a golf cart from them at the Town Center Mall in Kennesaw, GA after the company publically announced it's filing? This makes no sense.
The golf cart is still in the mall and the last time I passed it, the first week in December, there were still KiS forms there you could fill out to win the cart. How is this possible?
The fact that the Kennesaw store's windows are covered up with brown paper, doors locked, and refusing to answer calls is a good indication that they are closed for business. So, again I ask.....why are they still soliciting? You would think that the company or whoever controls that promotion would be more honest with the local mall and it's customers.
