Kissimmee Toyota, Kissimmee Motors, Central Florida Toyota ripoff Orlando Florida

In 2004 We purchased a used 2001 Mercury Sable from [then called]Kissimmee Motors. All seemed fine until about a month or so into ownership when the climate control was blasting hot air, no A/C at all.
We dropped it off at the dealership for repair under warranty. The next day we were told by "Dave" that they didn't know what was wrong other than it was an electronic issue and didn't know how to fix and that we should take it to a Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealer.
The local Ford dealer estimated the repair at $400. I called C.F Toyota and relayed the findings to the service manager and was informed he'd get back to me. After a day of not hearing from him and needing a car, I paid Legacy Lincoln Mercury to do the repairs.

When I presented C.F Toyota with the repair bill, they declined any knowlege of the car needing a repair they weren't able to handle, they also didn't know any one in the service dept named Dave ... The sales manager didn't care one bit about losing a customer. I will never ever buy a car from them and will forever remind any one and everyone I talk to about the lousy service at Central Florida Toyota
