Kitchen & Bath Depot - S & T Design Remodeling WORST COMPANY WITH TERRIBLE SERVICE ROCKVILLE Maryland

Right from the start we were short changed, we went along because the prices seemed great - i say SEEMED because once you factor in the service and time spent it really does not matter. The owner of the company is a crook, he tried to sell us something that we did not want but went along because he assured us that it was right. He quoted prices and then it kept going up and up. He had no idea about what exactly we wanted. My wife and i kept calling the office and were ALWAYS greeted by a rude lady - she was the office Manager - Karen. She seemed abrupt and always in a hurry to get rid of us, probably because we were not important since we had a budget that was not as grand as some others, as we were told by the owner. The person who came to measure our kitchen was totally inept - he was curt, unfriendly and seemed like he was doing us a favor by being there.

Once the job started - it was later than the date given, all the cabinets apparently were wrong and had to be reordered. Some of the pieces that came back to us were wrong, some of the colors were wrong. The components ordered - the trays and cutlery drawers were all wrong. What should have taken 3 weeks ended up taking 3 months. It was a total nightmare and our repeated calling the office yielded no results since the person taking the call was extremely rude to begin with. DO NOT get cheated and lured by the prices, it all adds up in the end.

I would recommend that no one should EVER hire this company or the other company that is run from there called S & T Design Remodeling
