Barb and the Owner Kay Berg will tell you anything you want to hear, and as soon as your credit card is charged, Everything will change. We had two guest of our party change there mind and wanted to fly out of our local airport instead of out of Chicago. My parents asked Barb a travel agent of the company, if they could use the two airline tickets another time and change the name to other guest because the names it was booked under would not use them. Barb removed our doubt assuring them, the tickets could be used another time, and that infact the names can be changed without a issue, but must be used within a year of the purchese dates. My parents and I have been trying for a few days to get them to honor their promises about the airline tickets, the owner Kay Berg as well as Barb a travel agent for the company, tells us we are lying and they refuse to offer what was promised. Now the tickets are going to expire and we are left out the money and without the travel we had been promised.
