ive tried several times issueing tickets to the helpcentre at kixeye and have had no reply to it except that they keep adding my new tickets to the same issue but have not said they are looking into it or anything but took gold from my game and cash from bank account to cover the payment for the said blitz bundle ie sent in screen shots off the bundle etc to them and it has made no difference it seems they just wanted to get money and not give anything back like was advertised in game to me
