Found the site on the web "Exhilarating Potion" following a link on Facebook. The seller claims it is only a small shipping fee and you can cancel at any time. However, this information is buried in fine print on the website. You never receive anything in writing with the shipment, thus assuring they can hide behind this 'rule'. The only way to stop the charges is to call customer service which sounds like a boiler room operation.
When I called the company to dispute the $178 charge to my credit card, versus the $4.71 as shown on the website, it was impossible to get a straight answer. The service rep played the 'well you signed off on this when you ordered so the Better Business Bureau is not going to help you" card which was infuriating.
I am disputing the charges to my card and hope that I can recover my losses. Beware beware beware.
