This company is the Scientology of retail. They sell useless trinkets but never deliver them. Then, buried in pages of small print, they put some clause that warns you they'll ruin your credit report if you complain about them. They did that to Jen Plamer and the credit bureaus were just too eager to comply with their request, without any proof.
