Klein kitchen and bath I am a current customer and I am disgusted by this company, its owner and workers new york New York

 I am a CURRENT customer awaiting my kitchen to be renovated and I am absolutely disgusted with Klein kitchen and bath as a whole, including its owner Adam, the office worker Rebecca , the designer Tara, and the field workers. It has been a constant struggle and never ending headache dealing with them. I am not sure who wrote the last report about this company but I surely do agree with them and can tell you all it is not any lies being told when it comes to the level of in professionalism and laziness and lack of care the company has for its clients. It seems practically impossible to ever get a real straight forward answer from these people when you want to know what is going on in your home with your project with money you spent. Adam, the owner constantly lied to me about when my job was supposed to be started and completed. Any time I asked him something either he did not know the answer ever or would give me incorrect answers. His office assistant Rebecca is just as slow and dumb founded as her boss. She consistently gives me the run around and also doesn't seem to know anything that is going on. The company is run by a joke of an owner and his staff is his own reflection. I will not say everyone because that isn't fair but Adam and Rebecca are the worst. As far as Tara is concerned, she is the designer for the company, her work is okay, not great. She as has ignored several of my emails and phone calls and when I was told she would call me back she never did. She is just as unreliable and unprofessional as the rest. I had to go as far as threaten to notify the BBB just to have Adam acknowledge me as his client and do the work he agreed to do and took my money for. This company is a huge turn off and waste of valuable time and money . I wish I would have done more research on this company before signing a contract because I most definitely regret it. I am still considering reporting Klein kitchen and bath to the BBB because it has been too long that I have been ignored and bluntly disrespected for a service I paid for . And for the record, I have fully read the other post by Hamilton and see the non ending rebuttals and arguments and would like you all to know, Adam, Rebecca, Tara, or whom ever else, I do not repeat myself nor do I argue online over a post or report. If there is a problem or an issue you would like to discuss, you may do so with my attorney. Other then that, I have nothing left to say to the lying, cheating (((Redacted))) of this pathetic company.
