I ordered a pair of new rock boots and a pair of demonias and paid shipping for them. I was emailed back to confirm credit card details which I did. They said shipping in 6-8 weeks. After 9 weeks I emailed asking where my boots were and was told I had only paid shipping on one pair. I was asked for another $20 to have the one pair shipped immediately while he waited for the other pair to arrive. I paid it. It has now been almost 14 weeks and I have not received any further communication. I asked where my boots were and got no reply. I then asked for the proper business address and phone number in order to talk to him in person about my concerns and received no reply. I am very angry, do not buy anything from this company he is a ripoff and owes me $500 in merchandise that was charged to my credit card back in march and it is now the end of June!

SweetBoots.com - Infinity Enterprises - KM 17 Enterprises (Good site, no problems ordering at all)

AUTHOR: Xaphan - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, December 31, 2009

I have no idea what your talking about. I purchased my new rock boots from sweetboots.com and I was told in 4-6 weeks I should get them, and today I received them and it has been 4 and a half weeks since I ordered them.  Herb, the gentlemen who runs the website was very kind and professional with any questions I had and always returned my calls if I had a question regarding shipment or tracking numbers, he would even go out of his was and call me on his own terms to let me know that the boots had been shipped out and I would receive them in the specified time frame of 4-6 weeks.  All in all I was very pleased with how the company was run and how everything was handled professionally and in reasonable time.

In closing I would like to say, sweetboots.com is a well operated and trusting website, I would defiantly purchase boots from this website time and time again, I am completely satisfied with everything.

Another Liar

AUTHOR: Sweetboots - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, March 30, 2009

Ok you say You ordered something from me? What was it?

Also weather she lived in Canada or the UK she still owed money on the shipping. I refunded her immediatly after I had realized that she want going to pay for shipping.

The problem with this site is that you dont hear from any of my Happy Customers. So I guess Ill have to make a few Calls. NOT A PROBLEM. I Have Hundreds of Happy customers. I will admit that there have been orders that take a while to get occasionally when a size runs out of stock. I do all I can to get the Boots here from Spain and right to the Customer.

I do not take phone calls and here is why. Usually im not at my desk. Im busy in meetings or in the car. How am I supposed to listen to a customer and look up their order if im driving in the car or in a meeting?

I have my customers send an e-mail so that when Im doing my e-mail which gets done every day, I have access to their order information and can look it up and see what they got and then be able to tell them what is going on.

Im a very busy guy with a lot of work to do all the time. If I took phone calls, I would be on the phone ALL DAY. I hate the phone. I only use it to make plans or do business. thats it.

Also heres a lil something about Rip Off Report. I did some of my own looking around and can see that EVERYONE is on Rip Off Report. Even Capitol One. Are they scam Artists? I think this site goes way beyond the scope of REAL SCAMS. So basically anyone that has had a bad day can come and say anything they like without any kind of proof.

Sweet Boots/ Infinity Enterprises should not treat its customers like crap

AUTHOR: Jane - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, July 24, 2008

I am reading the responses from the owner of Sweet Boots/Infinity Enterprises regarding the claims of fraud. Your comments have prompted me to respond to your words and to file my own claim of fraud against you.

I have also had problems with your company. I too ordered a pair of boots that I did not receive. Neither on your website, nor on my order confirmation did I find any contact information about your company other than the email address listed on your website. When I emailed you, I too received no response. After 7 weeks of no word from you and no response to an email that I sent 3 weeks before, I reported you to my credit card company. If you wanted to reassure me that you had not taken my money fraudulently, contacting me to let me know that my order was running late would likely have reassured me. When I tried to call the number for you listed on my credit card statement and I found that the number was out of service, I confirmed my suspicions that something was not right. Then I looked on line and found far too many fraud reports from your customers about you. So, I reported you to my credit card company. Since you did not respond to me, this was the only way that I could ensure that I would get my money back.

I have read your responses to your customers valid complaints. What kind of business owner treats their customers like s**t? Only the owner of a bad business acts like you are. Why do you have with 3 companies if you cannot even run one business without pissing off all of your customers and calling them stupid. Then you treat your customers like s**t and you call them stupid, you validate their complaints. You make your company look worse, when all you can do is insult your customers who complain that your company is not living up to its responsibilities.

I too run a business, and I understand that running a business is difficult, but if you are too busy to ship your orders when you say you will and too busy to return emails addressing customer concerns, then how come you are not too busy to process your customer's credit cards immediately after orders.

Your customers are complaining about you because you have developed a bad reputation and you are giving a bad name to online shopping. Your customers have a right to complain about you if they are not satisfied with you. They have a right to report you for fraud if you do not deliver the products that you take payment for in the time frame that you guarantee.

Shame on you for how you are treating your customers badly and for taking advantage of them. You should be ashamed of yourself.

By the way, this customer that you are insulting lives in British Columbia, Canada not the UK. You should get your information straight before you attempt to defend your bad business practices.

She is a f**kin Liar

AUTHOR: Sweetboots - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, April 25, 2008

She did not order $500 worth of boots, if she did it would have been like $564.99 not a straight $500.00.

She Ordered a Pair of Demonias and my Cart is only set up for the US. I opened up for the UK for another customer and she luckily got her order in before I shut the UK off again.

Since shipping to the UK these days is $50 or more, I asked if she would pay another $20 to help cover some of the cost. She refused. which was fine. I refunded her Immediatly.

And now I see she files a report of rip off report because i wouldnt process her order.

THAT is what REALLY happened.
