Knight Transportation All Locations wrongful termination,lay overs w/o pay,scales not reimburse,faulty equipment, Phoenix Arizona

terminated under the accusation that i had fix wiring on truck,was held in salt lake city for 7 days with out pay,was called a lire when i told them that there own shop did the work,sat their and took this,was told i would have to start another 90 days probation period,agreed,needed the job,was ask to deliver a load on the 7th day did so,went back to terminal,truck went back into the shop a sensor had come off,was called back into the office was accused of removing it,and was terminated,was never paid for delivering local load.look people,the trucking industry is no place to go even if you are out of work,95% of the companies out their will do what they have to do to haul fright and pay the driver the least amount.lay over pay,X-pay,ect,will only be paid if approved,and 98% of the time it never is.please research the companies you do apply with has much has possible,
Knight Transportation is a short haul carrier,though they do not be upfront about this,you will do a 1200-2000 mil haul,but after you unload you will do 1-3 short hauls,which just burn up your log hrs,their goal is to keep you at $500.00wk,
before deductions,stay away from taking advances,this to will work against you.
Knight also likes you to avoid toll roads has much has possible when going east,if
you use toll roads you can expect it to take up to 4wks to get reimbursed.and once you quit or get terminated like in my case,your chances of working in the
industry aging are 99% not in your favor.currently i am unemployed,homeless,
living in my pick up in a rest area in Colorado,awaiting my tax refund so i can leave here and go find work in another state.they can throw u off a truck anytime anywhere,it has been done,just do anything before u do this has a job.
