Knob Creek Arms Apartments at 1901 Knob Creek in Johnson City, Tn.  The Landlord here fixes nothing.  He rents these apartments to people who are new attendants, low income families, college kids, physically disabled persons and people of ethnic backgrounds.  He does not fix or repair any problems that arise.  He rents to people promising to fix things that are already missing or broken when they move in and it is months or even years before things are taken care of.  He has a son "Michael" and  a maintance man "Bobby" who reside at the complex, that stay drunk all the time.  Bobby is well known for going into your apartment while you are gone and things are missing when you get home.  He also has other drunks and dope heads in and out of the apartment complex.  Loud music plays from both their apartments.  The local police department has been out many times due to fights or loud parties coming from their apartments.  Black mold hangs from ceilings in some of the apartments, he has been notified several times about this and he doesn't seem to take an interest.  Leaky ceilings, falcets, toilets, and bathtubs are never fixed.  Holes in flooring are not repaired.  Heating and Cooling systems do not work.  Siding and windows are broken and never replaced.  Paint is chipping off the sides of the apartment buildings and inside the apartments.  Insect infestations just about run you out of your home here.  You are always harrassed by thieves, crack heads, pill heads and drunks.  They are always watching you to come out of your apartment to hussle you before you get to your vehicle.  If these are things that you can put up with, then this is the place for you.  I am a tenant here and I am not able to just up and move without saving for several months to even start looking for another apartment.  So I am stuck in this hell hole of misery.  Hope someone soon can do something about all the things that go on around this place.
