Knockout Vending, Llc Scam to get your idenity Holbrook New York

I am the individual who posted all the complaints about knockout vending. Heres the story. I purchased a machine and was requested to sent copies of my id with check. At the time, I didn't understand why, but it was for indenity proof. Now, I understand why knockout vending wanted to see a copy of my id, along with my check. So, out of anger, I came onto ripoffreport.com- and posted comments. Knockout vending is a great company and anyone looking to do business with them, I would recommend them. I took things too far. I admit I was wrong. Im posted of this message to CLEAR UP EVERYTHING. Please disregards all my nasty comments I posted up about knockout vending comany. They did nothing wrong. It was all a misunderstanding on my part. Chris,Vince and Micheal are all good guys. I misunderstood, why they wanted to see my id along with the check I sent and got upset because they refuse to send my machine and I took things alittle to far, and Im posting this last comment up to clear it all up. I will in the future hopefully buy from them again if I choose to venture in that kind of business. Knockout Vending is a honest and great company. Thank You.

First you guys respond by saying it was a credit card transaction. Now, you return my check. Which is it.( CHECK OR CREDIT CARD). That check you send me better go through to my bank. If it dont, the better business bureau, FTC, and the attorney general, will get a phone and get records of all mailing dates and a copy of my cashiers check receipt. Im not upset. (DONT LIE ABOUT WHAT HAPPEN). If I paid by cash, would you still want to see ID. Because Im black, Im not suppose to have money to buy a machine, you need to do a backgound check like Im a criminal. FTC said dont give you my ID or social, don't need to show ID, if its not a credit transaction. I didnt know knockout scammers, was above the FTC. I have to much money in the bank to be mad. Im bless. Im with game box group vending now, Im happy and life is good. Just PRAY my check go through that knockout vending returned. But please be aware, the next time you need to prove your identity, please practice some restraint, because your behavior has been embarrassing and unprofessional throughout not only the transaction with us, but on the internet as well. What more do you want? You outright refused to prove your identity, so we overnighted a refund check back to you. No harm done. Why you remain so bitter and discontent is a mystery. You lost nothing in the process, except your cool. And for the record, posting a fake response under a different name -- was that necessary? You weren't happy, you got your money back, no harm done. I heard about the knockout vending company. I herad the machines don't hold up well and the locations they get you are not sometimes all ways good. My suggestion to you sir is whenever you doing business with a company, pick a company thats with the better business bureau. Im in the vending business, and I never seen a company that asks for a photo of your id, if your paying in cash or cashiers check. So, you should be careful. Knockout vending sounds shady to me. I wouldn't go with knockout vending, becaues I have a friend that has had bad expierence with them and was not happy. Plus he said the locator got him a lousy spot and charge him like $300-$400 dollars. But, If they do not give you your refund back leave a message on here. I know lawyers that go after companies like that. And believe me, you will get your money back. So, if a companies asks for your social security no. and a photo ID and your paying by cash or check, they shouldn'y and something is very wrong. I pay all the time with cashiers check and never been ask to show photo id. I own 20 vending machines. You did say i used a credit card transacation right? correct?. Well, I have a copy of my cashiers check thats made out to knockout vending. SO NOW WHAT, I don't have credit cards. I do have a drivers license. You will never see it. FTC, told me not to give it to you. Come on. Give you my ID, Are you kidding me. If my check doesnt go through that you guys returned. FTC, will get a phone call and copies of the statement you claim I paid by credit card and a copy of the package with the mailing dates of the package you send me of my disclosure papers which was today, Friday, July 10, 2009. and the date you guys received my check, which was way earlier, I have the tracking record. Let me see you guys dispute that. You guys not even with the BBB. You guys went from the leather business to chair massage to boxer machines vending. Think I didnt know. Well, LIARS LIARS LIARS, I have the mailing package in which the disclosures have the date. Its a later date than the check I sent, Remember the check was being tracked by mail, signature released. The dates dont match up with what knockout scammers are saying. If I paid in cash, do you need ID, well its the same rule with a cashiers check. Credit card is a differnt story. First of all, It was a bank cashiers check, not a credit card. I have bank copies of the cashier check. 1st LIE. 2nd LIE the FTC said I need not to give you guys a copy of my ID and which Vince said I do. Why would you say it was a credit card transacation. The date on the mailing envelope show the date which I have and I have copies of the date when the check was mailed out. I have copies of that to. You guys broke the law. Steal your identity? Sir, You ran a $4200 transaction on a credit card, and you couldn't prove to us that it was your credit card that was being processed. For all we know, your name isn't even Troy! You could have easily stolen that credit card, and were trying to cash, without having to prove your identity. In fact, from your outright refusal to submit ANY form of a picture ID, it seems as if that was exactly the case. We've sold hundreds of Boxer Machines since Knockout Vending began, and we have yet to receive one complaint from a simple Credit Card Authorization procedure. You're the first, which leads me to believe.

Please keep in mind that if you were to have purchased a Machine fraudulently, we would have had a major issue on our hands. It's our job to see to it that all Credit Card transactions are validated through a simple ID submission.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you claimed to "not have a drivers license", and you also said, "I'm not working right now so I don't need an ID". If we would have known that prior to the transaction, we never would have sold you a machine to begin with.

Again, not a single client of our has ever had an issue with a simple card Credit Card authorization. The notion of Knockout committing Identity theft is downright comical. Not only did we NOT ask for your Social Security number, but we also asked you to provide ANY picture ID -- didn't even have to be a Drivers License.

Good luck in the future with any purchase over $4,000 without having to provide some proof of identity.
