Kohls Statement access scam Centerville, Ohio Nationwide

My husband and I are very careful about our credit and pay off all credit cards each month.  We don't shop at Kohls every month, so we do not look for regular monthly statements.  Sometime last year we received a statement with a late fee, claiming we had not paid a previous balance.  I was upset with our post office because we had not received a bill.  I spoke to customer service and the late fee was waived but the interest was not.  I then set up the account so I would receive email notices that the statement was ready.  That worked well for a few times we got statements.  But then, the situation happened again and when I searched my emails, there was no notice from Kohls.  No notice, no mailed statement.  Again, I complained and again they waived the fee, but would not waive the interest.  It has now happened a 3rd time in a year.  I decided to check for complaints online and found it has happened to other people!  I'm not crazy--Kohl's is ripping people off!
