Kongressikoti Hotel overcharges by 4x and doesn't follow their own cancellation policies Helsinki Helsinki

I booked a bed at the Kongressikoti Hotel in Helsinki for one night. Upon getting the email receipt, I found that they were charging me for four beds instead of one! I emailed the hotel to explain that I only needed one bed, and got the reply that they couldn't refund my money because it was less than 72 hours to arrival. (It was actually 75 hours before arrival.) First they claimed that it wasn't 75 hours before arrival (not true,) then they claimed that it was the policy of the booking site (not true,) then finally they said that I would have to contact the booking site for a refund (again, not true.)

Kongressikoti Hotel does not follow their own cancellation policies. Their interest seems to be in keeping money for themselves, and not in providing reasonable accomodation to their guests. They've taken this money from me for a room I have no ability to use, and refuse to refund it according to their own cancellation policy. They have also called me "inconsiderate" and said that these reasonable issues are "baseless accusations." 

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Nobody needs this level of stress on a trip.
