Konstantin Kormiltsev Kostia Worst roommate/tenant, renters beware!!! NY New York

 

I lived @ 408 W 36 street for 2 months and was literally thrown on the street, because the landlord just randomly raised the prices and told me to pay or to leave.. Further I started to research who he is and what his realty is about... And I was in shock from what I've seen. Obviously he will write bad things about me and write on behalf of my name, because he cant do anything besides writing his worthless comments here.. 

First of all there have been already 8 victims, who lived at 408 West 36 Street and signed a fake agreement with Gamma LLC or Coco LLC (these companies are fake). Please google the name of these companies or address and you will see that I'm not the one who got ripped off.. This gang involves three scams. The guy who pretends to be a supervisor is a Syrian guy, who always calls himself John/Joe Doe (fake name). Few days ago we discovered his real name is Jobar K. The second scam is his son who calls himself Tom and his real name is Kamak K, who goes to Pace University and he lives on 408 W 36 Street apt 3B. I used to be his roommate and his room always stinked like weed and random people used to come back and forward.. My friend from pace told me that he sells some pills, but I've never really talked to him.. 

 

The reason why none of the victims could file the case is because nobody new his personal details.. But few days ago we've discovered some info on him and it will simplify everything.. The real company name is CoCo Land LLC (not coco llc) registered to Kamel or Jobar.. But the main thing that will make you in shock is his face book page.. You can google Jobar K and the third link would be his FB page or you can type in directly on face book: John Alshame and you will see dead bodies of a children, caught heads, dead bodies and american troops under the gun point.. 

 

Also I heard from a few different random people who live in the building that his Jobar Kheridden attempted to rape a young girl. Please watch out for these people as they involved in more than just money extortion and fraud...!!
