Koons toyota Misrepresented loan, lied at closing. Annapolis, Maryland

I am looking for a Toyota and noticed comments on Koon on this site.  My experince is in purchasing a new truck in 2007.  I had previously secured financing before purchasing the truck, but found this overe Labor Day weekend.  I closed the sale on Labor Day, when my Credit Union was closed.  Teh finance and sales person both GUARANTEED me I could get the truck on their financing and then transfer it the NEXT day to mine.  Yes, I should have known better and yes I learned a lesson on how this dealership can lie.  I should've known the second it leaves the lot, I now have a "used" vehicle.  To end the story, switching loans cost me an additional $575 in financing.  I needed the vehicle, but really only took it to "help them make their sales quota."  I could've picked it up anytime, but did them a favor and boy did they stick it to me!  It still upsets me to think of sitting in the office talkig of our familes and the entire time they're outright lying to me! 

Finally, good luck with the service department.  There motto should be, "Always full and always unpleasant!"  No help, no consideration and a damned if I care attitude, 24-7.  Maybe there all like that I don't know.  My final word is go in armed to the teeth and ready for battle, because there is not a friend to be made at Koons Toyota.
