KPT Technologies, Kevin Profit Technologies Hired me, worked me, and did not pay me Alexander City Alabama

I recently a month ago saw an ad on craigslist.com for a computer technician with or without experience and willing to train posted by Kevin Profit. I sent him an email of my resume and he responded back and hired me for the position. I received two field technician jobs to repair. One was a residential repair appointed by HP.com and the other was a business repair appointed by Diebold.com. Kevin agreed to pay me $16 dollars an hour for jobs going over an hour or just a flat $75 for just one hour (being that the job lasted one hour or less),plus gas compensation and I never received my pay. Also, for one particular job, the pay for this job tripled for me because I had to return to the site several times because the repair merchandise was not on site. Kevin informed me that he called in that I had to report back onsite and the company increased the pay by the same amount each time, So, this also means that my pay tripled for this particular job. I have all original signature logs from the onsite jobs as well as the original work orders, several emails back and forth from Kevin and myself about the jobs, and a voicemail on my phone from his wife stating what I should do about one job that I performed. I asked Kevin about my pay several times and he constantly stated that he gets the money tomorrow and tomorrow I would never see the money. He had told me upon hiring me that all jobs pay him off within 48 hours of the job completion and to this date it has been about 6 weeks now without my pay. I have also emailed him and went by his home and left messages with his wife. On the last visit to his house, it seems to be that he moved. That was just 2 days after I went to his house and spoke with his wife about my pay. Also, he has been ignoring my telephone calls. He also has a upcoming project for the Goodwater police department in Alabama that he is receiving a government grant to complete with his Co-Partner Gary W. Brown of 5th Dimension Technologies, Inc.. Kevin and Gary also offered me to do this job with them. I just want others to be aware of his sceams to get rich sitting on his behind while others do the work and never get paid.
