Nothing but a horrible experience. The salesperson promised the moon and stars however the actual delivery was horrible.

The crew was messy they left trash and unfinished lunch items all over my backyard, the removal of the shingles was a disaster, they destroyed plants, outdoor lights and damaged my deck, the finished product was way short of first class they had to come back a month later to fix shingles that were starting to buckle up, (still does not look like a new roof).

When I approached the owner regarding compensation for my damages (in the form of a reduced final bill) All I got in return was a lien filed against my property, talk about poor customer service. Stay away from this company

Mr. Kraft I am a real customer and you certainly are aware of my dissatisfaction as I sent you a certified letter with return receipt.  I never heard back from you (so much for customer satisfaction) I got a call from a Mr. Kimbler,  I explained to him my situation and I offered Mr. Kimbler to settle the balance for $500.00 he said that all decisions are made by Mr. Kraft and that he would pass the proposal to him; after than conversation  I never got a call or email from you on my offer, instead I received a lien notice in the mail for the full amount.

I have paper trail postal receipts and emails to Anna and David to prove my willingness to settle this matter but I guess filing a lien was easier for you and your idea of customer satisfaction.

like I said before my roof hardly looks like a new one, the damage to my plants, outdoor lights and deck real, and the trash from the crew a fact. I used Tony the name I go by, simply because I am used to, and not trying not to hide my identity.

I know eventually I will have to clear the lien and you will get your money, and a very unhappy customer to go with it, (or I yet might choose to go to small claims court). Regardless  I will continue to steer anyone away from doing business with Kraft Roofing.

Furthermore if you still think this is a fake posting, check with your customer service people since a lady from your company had the audacity to call me about a month ago to check on my level of satisfaction, I am certain you know what my answer was; so since Kraft only has happy customers and assuming she made a note of our conversation my name and account should be very easy to find.

FYI:  Mr. Kimbler should have my email address should you choose to contact me

False Claim

When a company installs over 500 roofs per year with thousands of satisfied customers, there's bound to be a problem on a job now and then.  A good company takes care of problems and does the very best to leave a happy customer.  That has been what we do in the construction industry for the last 24 years.

Our company had a billing person we dismissed when we discovered she was embezzling work from our company.  Unfortunately we did not do a criminal background check on her before hiring her.  When confronted she resigned abruptly and has been trying to cause harm to our company by posting lies about our company and me personally.  Because "Tony" did not use his last name, and because we have no liens against customers named Tony, and because no one has approached me with the type of issues described in this letter, and because no one has approached me for monetary compensation, this is probably another alias.  

If you are a real customer please contact our office so we can address your concerns.

Our lawyer is subpoenaing this organization for the records of who the real poster is and will take appropriate legal action.
