The worst roofing company by far that I have ever come in contact with. This is a family from California that left due to them going bankrupt due to poor money decision making. The young daughter is the true owner, the dad Joe hides his name from the public...hmmm. He will hire cheap labor and if he has your money first, he will not honor is contract much less your warranty. Please dont make the mistakes hundreds of homeowners made last year and find another contractor. I have witnessed him lying to the IRS, the Better Business Bureau, the insurance and mortgage companies. I have watched him screw over his own sales team to profit more money. If you do decide to hire this company and you find yourself in a situation please contact the Constructions Industries Board of Oklahoma 271-5217

Roofing companies set up here in Oklahoma because the profit margin is so great, about 40%. The Kraft family moved to Oklahoma about 2-3 years ago where Joe Kraft worked as a production manager for a small roofing company. He saw first hand the profits he could make and opened up Kraft with a business partner whom he fired and cut off financially out of GREED. While working with him, I learned he never cared about the homeowners and forged countless checks to get money in the bank. I was told he gambles alot in the stockmarket like he did back in California and looses money regularly.
I am just a small town girl that has gotten wrapped up in these fraudulent roofing companies, I have no reason to lie, cheat or steal. I do however, have a responsibility to you and God to let innocent home and business owners know who and what you are signing a contract with.
I wont defend myself from false accusations, its just a distraction, but I will say this; stay away from these companies who have drama surrounding them, its only a precursor to what you will have to deal with. All I can do is warn you. I would like to think there are worthy roofing companies out there. From my personal experience, choose one that has been in your community for at least 10 years and do take referrals from your friends and family. Dont sign up as insurance proceeds, you have basically signed your life away, make them give you an estimate and dont give them a dime unitl you are perfectly satisfied. And most importantly, dont give this man your mortgage or insurance check!!

Rebecca Lorene Ray(she goes by Becky) worked for our company for eight months in 2012. While working for our company she and one of our former salesmen secretly formed a company while working for us, and began to embezzle work from our company. We found a piece of paper with banking information on it along with the basic company formation notes. When confronted, Ms. Ray abrubtly quit and has been attempting to make trouble for our company since that time.
We have been gathering the proof we need to file civil and criminal charges against both her and the former salesman, which we are now ready to do.
During this process we have learned of her criminal background and that this is what she has done to other companies to try to get "paid-off". The letter she has posted, 8 months after leaving our company, is her attempt to "punish us" for not falling for her extortion tactics.
She was arrested by the Norman, Oklahoma police department and is charged with embezzling money from the last roofing company she worked for. We spoke to the assistant D.A. whom is prosecuting the case and he informed us that she embezzled approximately $65,000.00. Her trial date is set for May 30th at 8:30 a.m. at the Cleveland County,Oklahoma court house. The facts can be verified at www.oscn.net (Oklahoma Supreme Court Network). Our family formed our construction company in 1989. We joined the Better Business Bureau in 1995. We have maintained an A+ Rating with them for 19 years with ZERO complaints which can be verified by going to the BBB website. Last year we put on 530 roofs with 0 BBB complaints.
