  I''ve purchased products from KFC many times. Every product from KFC was very potent and fresh. I once purchased some kratom them that I did not like. Nothing was wrong with the product. It was a slow strain and it made me too relaxed. I like strains that give me energy. I called the owner, and he was eager to make me happy. He honored his return policy and gave me no misery whatsoever. I think Derek is a stand up guy, and I will continue to purchase from KFC. Furthermore, this ripoff report was a little bit of a pain in the rear to file a rebuttal on. Ripoff report needs to make their site easier to use. Happy KFC customer, Stephen D. I have ordered Kratom from dozens of small-large online suppliers over the years, only to be mildly satifsied with the product, outraged by the prices or completely turned off by the customer service...making it extremely difficult to stick to ONE particular vendor. UNTIL, that is, I started ordering from Kratom for Cheap.

From the very beginning, Derek (the business owner) took the time to listen to my needs and was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. We spent maybe 20 minutes talking about my reason for needing Kratom, how Kratom changed his life, and my past experiences with vendors. I found the conversation to be suprisingly enjoyable due to his charismatic personality and down to earth attitude. By the time I had placed my order and gotten off the phone, my faith in kratom suppliers had been restored!

What I am getting at is this: my entire experience with Kratom for Cheap (and Derek) has only been positive since day 1. I continue to order from him and am always beyond satisfied with the product. Not once have I been "shorted" on my order...therefore, I find the negative comment posted about KFC VERY hard to believe and nothing short of a lie!

Keep on keeping on, my Kratom for Cheap friends! You are a lifesaver to me and no doubt hundreds of others that rely on Kratom for their day to day lives. I hope that I could help spreading the REAL word of who ya'll are as a company and as people - You have my business for LIFE!

 I discovered Kratom July 2014. I've used at least seven different suppliers over that time period until now. This specific company has the best to offer in more ways than one. Kratomforcheap.Com has the most personal customer service. They're the only company I can literally just pick up and call on the phone, or text message. They return phone calls promptly and I like that Derek doesn't use an automatic card processor, he must process your payment manually so just using his website to order will not immediately remove the money from the account. I find it hard to believe he's impatient, angry, violent. ..I've never met him in person but he's exercised plenty of patience with me. If I forgot a detail on the order detail he'd call and ask for missing info. One time I really felt bad because I essentially placed my order with the wrong credit card number, forgetting that my silly bank decided to send us a new card with a microchip in it. It took over three tries that day alone of him trying to process the information and I was accidentally giving him the wrong  credit card info because my hubby had the card at work and it took a while to get a hold of him then when I did I forgot the security pin. It ended up pushing my order back to the next day cause it went on for many hours and passed the cut off time for that days shipping. Completely okay as it was my fault. I still received my order that Monday morning as I'd hoped to. Now out of all of the suppliers I've used Derek has hands down THE best quality product there is to offer. I've had stuff that's extremely in affective but never ever from Derek. I do refer to him by first name because as his website says he becomes almost like friends with his clients. We've had personal conversations before from him asking me questions about my opinions he's seen me voice on social media and he was very cautious to not be over stepping boundaries or offending me by asking. It was based on political opinions, always careful mixing those with business. But it again shows the real type of person he is. His website lists the density content of his product and it's very true. He has the best highest quality no other company has as good of product as this man. I love the fact that you can even look at pics and videos of his trips to Thailand for product quality control. I also never forgot the way he sympathized with the people who lived there who would do whatever they had to do to make a living because it's hard to survive there. Many people never come to understand this about the rest of the world and it's important. I only came across this report because I was Google searching his website. I'll be completely honest although he has the best I could ask for I don't order from him currently. And that's honestly because of my money situation. I have to stick to what I can afford since we just had a baby and only have one income. But I still hold him in regards as the best supplier I've ever used and that's all just honesty for you. This company, this man, doesn't deserve to be put through this. I don't believe what the original report said for one second I immediately told myself this is false. I wasn't even aware people could do such things as order something, receive it, then get visa to give them back their money. You cannot keep your money and your product. I know Derek would honor what his website has stated. If it's really true that this reporter has also done this to other companies and had one shut down than ironically the original reporter would be the rip off artist. I've never felt ripped off by this company. And as I stated before, his business is the only one who is personally conducted. All of the other ones are website and email only. Why would a rip off artist give out his phone number for everyone in the world to call him? Wouldn't he be overwhelmed with complaints? Because in the year I've known of him he's never changed his phone number. He's never even spoken negativity of his competitors beyond saying none of any of their stuff is as strong as mine and by experience he's absolutely correct. I might not be able to afford to use your service right now but I owe you the credit and respect you've earned! I hope this helps. No consumer should be afraid to use this company. He's an awesome guy and he really fights hard "the good fight" we always call it. I think this original reporter is the one who needs to be looked at for fraud. I've used service at least twelve times I've never had a problem. Even when my credit card kept denying from the wrong info he was still very patient calm and respectful and I was nervous thinking he must think I'm some kind of crook. Apparently he always gives the benefit of the doubt. Don't give up Derek. ..honesty is truly on your side!

This rebuttal from the owner is laughable.  "Me thinks he does protest to much"

I could go through and point out many lies, inconsistancies and places where he contradicts himself, but I will only discuss a few to show how rediculous he is.

Since his money back guarentee requires one to send back the product; Visa would not have reversed the charge unless I had the product and was willing to send it back. I still have it and am willing to send back. Also Visa would not have reversed the charge if I had not spoken to Derek and attempted to resolve the issue first. He states I had the charges reversed prior to speaking to him. Also Visa would have re-reversed the charges if he had been able to show or prove that I bought the product in bad faith and that his behavior and actions matched the promises on his website.

On a different subject, if his product is of quality, why does he have sooo many blogs from clients that supposedly did recieve their money back?

Most of the rebuttal is no more than mud slinging and the creation of conversation and actions that never took place in an attempt to discredit me. Very Sad.

My initial response was to not even dignify this farce with a rebuttal, but I realize people do tend to believe what they read online. I also want to make any kratom distributer reading this aware of Rachel Hersh in Medical Lake, WA. She claims I don't honor my money-back guarantee, yet I have soooo many blogs from clients that received just that. In order to be a rip-off artist, one would probably need motive, and according to my bank account I have 500,000 reasons to not be interested in stealing money. For other vendors awareness, this lady Rachel will order large amounts as she did with me AND a vendor in Tulsa, OK, and then do a charge-back with her Visa card, effectively RIPPING YOU OFF because any merchant knows that Visa will always side with their customer. The irony that she's filing this report on me only illustrates that she truly is the drug addict that she devulged to me in the beginning stages of the order being placed. This is one very unfortunate aspect to this mission I'm on to help folks deal with their pain in an organic, dependence-free manner... is that I still get a lot of folks on some hardcore drugs and are in the resentment phase hardcore as well. I suppose after 2 1/2 years in business, it was about time I got somebody this entitled to things they don't want to pay for. I mean, let's face it---I'm not selling sneakers or mini-blinds here, so my clientele can be very tricky to deal with at times. For the past 5 years, I've also drove party busses and party barges(on water) in my free time, so I'm an expert at defusing intoxicated people's situations before they escalate. This was not the case with Rachel Hersh. From the second I got her on the phone to ask why she did the chargeback, I was met with hostility about the product, which only prompted me to ask for it to be returned. She tells me she can't, that she had mixed it with another companies' K so I asked her how she knew it was my K that was so dissatisfactory. Many indignant excuses afterward I was growing weary of the conversation, so I asked her again to return the product because if she didn't she was stealing it from me since she already charged back the $235 (one of many inaccuracies in this tale, she claims $265). This sent her into a fit where she boasted that she was responsible for BOUNCING BEAR BOTANICALS being shut down after whistle-blowing to the FDA that they were promoting K for consumption, and that she was certainly going to do the same for me. This is the point where I hung up the phone because I realized I was dealing with a very undesirable, malicious individual. I learned a long time ago to forgive and forget, which is exactly what I've done, so I'm rather happy that Rachel Hersh is spreading her tale. It gives any audience a look at Rachel, and it gives any vendor a chance to remember this person from Medical Lake, WA. Out of hundreds of vendors, I imagine she's been receiving free K for quite some time and since it works, she's not going to stop. I've done a financial background on her, and it revealed exactly what I anticipated: she is the only person with motive to defraud another. If you confront her on her scam, she'll threaten to snitch nefarious claims about you to the FDA, and she is no supporter of kratom. To the contrary, she is part of the self-serving dynamics that are trying to ban kratom.

As I said, I have forgiven and forgotten. I've seen drug addicts get sober and become completely different people, and I have hope for Miss Hersh as well. This is just to set the record straight.
