This review is strictly my own personal opinion of Krista Yost (aka (Krista Garcia) of Kailua, HI.
She requested an auto transport quote from my company and didn't like the fact that I refused to give her the low-ball quote that she wanted and wouldn't cater to her neurotic, politically correct, millenial personality, so she threatened to write a bad review about my company and Yelp and then promptly carried out her threat by posting a slanderous review on that website.
Turns out that this apparent psychotic (again my opinion of her) individual has written a whopping total of 155 Yelp reviews, most of which appear to be highly negative and critical in their attack of various small business that did not give her what she demanded of them.
I consider good ole Krista to be nothing less than a certified cyberstalker and a cyberbully and feel that she should be psychologically evaluated and treated by a psychiatrist ( and possibly medicated) for her apparent mental illness because in my opinion, such a mentally unbalanced and unhinged nutcase like Krista Yost (aka Krista Garcia - she is married to a man named Wilton Garcia) should not be allowed on the internet.
WARNING - ATTENTION ALL BUSINESSES AND BUSINESS OWNERS: CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH KRISTA YOST (AKA KRISTA GARCIA) OF KAILUA, HAWAII AT YOUR OWN RISK...AND JUDGING BY HER HUNDREDS OF HARSHLY CRITICAL AND NEGATIVE YELP REVIEWS, THE RISK OF CONDUCTING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS "MILLENIAL YELPER" IS VERY GREAT BECAUSE IF YOU DON'T TELL HER WHAT SHE WANTS TO HER OR DO AS SHE DEMANDS, SHE MIGHT BASH YOUR COMPANY ON YELP AS SHE HAS DONE TO SO MANY OTHERS BESIDES MY VERY OWN.

Your course of action is clear. SUE HER!!!! Make her pay for what she has done. Given the sheer amount of reviews she has done it can be concluded that she IS a serial complainer. At some point in her past she got something for FREE for whining on Yelp. She then considers it her right to bash anyone who doesnt give her what SHE wants. More and more businesses are going after ppl like that person. Its unfair that a small business has a hard enough time making money with ppl showrooming in your store instead of actually purchasing. People like that customer NEED to be snapped back to reality. The reality is that while YES you do have the right to SAY whatever you like, you DO NOT have the right to placing defamation WILLINGLY on any public forum. By doing so SHE has opened the door for YOU to sue her and PUNISH her for her spite.
