I wnnt to this kiosk owned by Kristal Cosmetics.A young lady named maria baranofski sold me some cosmetics ,She tried to charge me 1500 dollars then she said 250 when she gaveme the bill was 350.She gave me a card that said one free facial.I called the next day to make an appointment for my facial and hey told me to come over.When I got there maria said the esthetician named Hili was busy and would need 5 minutes and we should go to starbucks.On the way over there she told me that I had to buy something and I said no .She then told me she had to use the bathroom and she would be right back.After 20 minutes I went back to the kiosk and demanded my facial as I had an appointment.She said they wee busy,

There were 3 employees and no customer4s.Finally Hili came over and proceeded to tell me that i was misinformed the day before and I needed more proucts .I listened and I said no that I came for my free facial andproduced the card .She said she was not up to it and would not do it.I made an appointment produced the card and drove 20 minutes.This company uses deceptive selling practices bait and switch selling tactics and in my 64 years I have nevr been treated like this after spending 350 dollars.They make you feel stupid and ugly and tell you how can you look like that you need their products .I advise anyone not to go there as their products donot do whatthe ladies say they will
