MATTER RESOLVED - I was involved in research on a claim involving the accuser and it turns out her "child" for whom she had tried to obtain child support was actually 26 years old.  I cannot remain silent in the face of such brazen greed and dishonesty.  When a woman, or any parent, uses a child for fraud and extortion, you have proof that something is very wrong with our society.

Although I support free speech, I disagree with the policy of Ripoff Report not to remove any postings from their site even after the comments are found to be false.  An exception should exist for comments made about private persons after they rebut unfounded lies.

Please be advised that the woman who entered Kris Baso as a deadbeat Dad is a scorned and hateful woman. My grandaughter Vanessa who lives with this hateful woman has been denied the joy of being with her grandparents and family.

Vanessa was given up by her mother and came to live with me when she was 7 years old. Her mother was in NY trying to manipulate Mike Carlucci at the time a married man with a wife that could not conceive to be with her. She got herself pregnant.

She confided in me that she was only going to be with him for his money because she was broke and did not have a place to live. In order to be sure my grandaughter was safe and secure I invited Erin and Vanessa to come live with me thats how close we were the first 7 years of my Pookie Princess's life (Vanessa).Thats when her mother abandoned her in Florida.Then came and took her with a lie that she was going to see her other grandmother Katherine and never came back.

During the past 7 years without my granddaughter she has not been there for her grandfathers death nor her great grandfathers illness and death and his last dying wish was to see her again that was in 2004. She was spoiled by him and I am sure that she misses the love she was given by him and the family.

Her mother being so hateful because Vanessa's father Kris has married and Vanessa has a brother and sister she has never seen, and a brother and stepmother Melissa in which she knows and he is very happy in his own life but never forgetting his daughter. Vanessa is today 14 years old.

Her father has paid child support for 14 years of her life and sent numerous cards and flowers on holidays which have been returned by her MOTHER. My cards and her great grandmothers gifts have been returned also. My son has always taken his responsibility of fatherhood and supporting his child seriously.

He has never abused his daughter. The person who is abusing Vanessa is Erin her so called mother who has denied her the right to see her family that loves and misses her.

I only hope Erin who wrote the lies in RIPOFF DEADBEAT DADS will reply to this rebuttal. I am sure she won't because she will be afraid to respond because I know the truth and I know Erin since she is 14 Yrs old and I know things that she cannot deny. I know that with God on my side that I have 4 more years to see and tell my grandaughter the truth. Erin cannot deny me then to see my first grandchild.

Just to assure everyone in what I have stated. I have all the court documents in a secure safety deposit box for Vanessa in case of my death. COME ON ERIN please respond so we can all know the truth.
