Beware of this Scammer Kristian Heinz Walters from Millbrae, living in Reno/Sparks Nevada. Telephone number 415-716-3727
He bought 4 Warriors tickets from me. Long story short, he deposited the check which bounced due to insufficient funds. Funny, he even FaceTimed me at the bank to let me know he was going to deposit the check at my bank. I had forwarded him the tickets after the check cleared the next day. But the day after, I was notified a Debt/Hold on my account due to insufficient funds.
I Googled his name and found a ton of scam reports made by others about him on Ripoffreport.com.

Funny thing is he even has a son.
He's been giving me the run around with endless excuses. Then he finally admitted that he didn't have enough cash when he deposited the check and he was going to pay me back. But he never did. As of now, he's ignoring my calls and text messages.
I have filed a police report with my local PD. I have all his information as of now and weighing my options with my lawyer. This guy belongs in jail. Lesson learned.
If you ever encounter a Kristian Walters looking to buy or sell tickets, STAY AWAY!

I am in need of as many people as I can with numbers or emails to give to Detective In Sparks Nv to prosecute KRIS KRISTIAN WALTERS. He is in custody now, and to put him away we need rock solid evidence of him ripping people off. I can be reached at preshaxp@netscape. net. This needs to be done immediately as he's waiting trial.
