I res ponded to a craigslist add he was accepting reasonable offers. I made him an offer he came back a little higher and we agreed on the price. I talked to him on phone and via text. I asked him to invoice me using PayPal but he said that he had problems with his PayPal account due to some business transactions that had taken place in the past he was calling PayPal to try to resolve those issues so he could use his account but preferred that I use Venmo or wells fargo. Venmo seemed similar to paypal so I asked him go send me a picture of the tickets from his ticketmaster account and he did. I Agree to continue with the purchase and he stayed on the phone with me as I made the payment on venmo. he said he did not receive my payment and that it was not reflecting in his balance he said it was because I was not verified that I needed to provide my social security number and other information to venmo in order to verify my account after researching further with venmo if you register your account through your Facebook account it automatically verifies your account. He tried to send me screen shots showing their was no money but I'm guessing he must have withdrawn the funds or something. After things started getting shady I Google his name and number and came across all these complaints but nothing since sept 2014. At this point he is asking me to wait until 9am tomorrow morning and if money is not their he said he going to send me tickets and work it out through venmo. He is not willing to send back my money because he is saying there is nothing in his account to send. I've emailed venmo but am awaiting their response...it can take up to 48 hours. Has anyone had any luck dealing with this guy or reporting him to law enforcement that even care....btw, I have a call into his parole officer but awaiting a response.

I too got ripped off by Kris and was going to call his PO today and pursue any and all options that may be available to me. Just wondering if you had any luck? Did his PO ever repond back? This guy seriously needs some just deserts.
