Kristin C. Sims Bankrupt Realtor Discloses Clients Confidential Information and Hustles Clients into Real Estate Deals that Benefit Her Financially Dallas Texas

I am so glad that last comment was posted.  This is exactly what you will get when dealing with Kristin C. Sims and Carolyn Shamis Realtors - threats, excuses, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior.  

Instead of personal accountability, this is exactly how they handle matters - with threats, excuses, and lack of accountability.  The truth of the matter is there is no slander and defamation as the facts are true.  Call the Dump and verify.  Ask Ms. Sims to produce her last 7 years of finances and taxes.  Kristin C. Sims would like to think that she can have people thrown in jail, but she can't.  She has no legal authority to do so and it isn't illegal to post a review.   Just more hot air coming from that party in an attempt to intimidate those who are not happy with her services as a realtor.  Keep this in mind....  Do you want threats and excuses or a realtor who is professional and accountable?

Next time, I will be using a professional realtor like Allie Beth Allman or Ebbie Halliday for luxury real estate.  I find Allie Beth Allman Realtors and Ebbie Halliday Realtors to be so much more professional and feel more confident in their money management capablilities.  I don't trust someone with my finances and residence who can't even handle there own.  Neither Allie Beth Allman or Ebbie Halliday have filed for bankruptcy and as a result I trust them with my properties and residency.  Further, neither Allie Beth Allman or Ebbie Halliday are selling mattresses at a furniture clearance center Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  I know they will be taking care of my business and needs on these days which instills trust, professionalism, accountability and better service. 

LIES AND SLANDER AGAINST REALTOR KRISTIN SIMS

I have had the pleasure of having Kristin as my realtor on many business dealings over the past several years and she has been nothing but courteous and helpful. She has shown the highest tenets of integrity and the person writing all this erroneous excrement about her clearly has a personal ax to grind. They can't even spell ANON....seriously, ripoffreport??

In case the person who made this report hasn't heard (because the voices they hear are too loud), there was a severe downturn in the housing market after 2007 and many realtors had to make sacrifices to get by. So what if someone had or has a part time job? So what if they had a bankruptcy? Realtors are people, too. It doesn't mean they lack integrity or won't give you the best service when selling your home. Kristin is top-notch, in my book.

I have many friends who are no longer realtors because they did not survive the downturn. They filed for bankruptcy and lost their own homes. Despite much adversity, Kristin stuck it out because she had the passion to be a successful realtor.

I admire Kristin's tenaciousness. If anyone can get it done for you, she can.  I have referred her to many of my friends, all over the Metroplex, who have also enjoyed working with Kristin.

You will never find a realtor who will work harder for you. I only hope she and her company have a good lawyer for all this slander, which is against Texas law. See referenced law below:

Call The Dump at 214-296-6200 to confirm that Kristin C. Sims works at the Dump Fri, Sat, and Sun morning till night selling mattresses. During this time she is not showing your property that is for sale or lease. She is not finding you a place to live during these times either. Ask her to show you all of her finances for the last 5 years and all of her tax records.  Due you really trust a person like this with important decisions and financial implications? I don't. I will be taking my busines to another real estate company that is truly a luxury real estate company.

This report was obviously written by someone wanting to slander Ms. Sims. Ms. Sims is a DELIGHT to work with. She's courteous, has an excellent reputation, and always does the right thing for her clients; she never serves her own self interests. I'd have to say these claims are erroneous, falsified, and completely without research.

 It's such a shame to live in a world where annonymous slander and bullying occurs every day. It doesn't stop at high school, but continues right on through to our adult lives.
