I ordered a free trial of the Kronos hair product, only of discover I had a couple of weeks to try it and return it or I would be billed $98.50 +tax, S&H. It wasn't worth it but why must I ship back the "free" sample? at my cost. They said that was their rule. I said cancel me and had AMEX put a block on them. They may try to sneak it using another name. I'll never pay it! Or do a "free" trial again.

This is one sorry company. I make sure I have a list of every brand they have anything to do with and never buy, try or support any of them. They are involved in a lot of "free" trial offers that are never free, infomercials that are questionable, and promoting of their products that are always misleading.
Just say NO to anything Intelligent Beauty related!
