This person was selling Cell phone on ebay, I one the auction and paid paypal. Later that same day she emailed me and told me here paypal account was closed and asked to pay with Google check out and I did. Now I am out both payments. I have emailed and she has told me numerous time she will send phone, then lost from UPS anoth BS story and it goes on and on and on today.

I also wanted to add that this is back from February of this year, I have copies of all emails to and from her relating to this case. Must be a hell of a business person as well?
