Went to Cancun with my family on hard earned vacation in the summer of 2007. While waiting for taxi we were approached by young lady offering free breakfast, free drinks, free excursions all we had to do was go to a new resort to eat and tour the facility.

We went to the breakfast with no intent of doing anything but that we had breakfast with a nice older lady who we chattted with about vacations travel ect.

She then had Deon a trained salesman join us that wrote out a vacation package through this Krystal Vacation Club on how we could stay anywhere in the world through this club for only $399 a week if we purchased 26 weeks of vacation through them for $12550 which was only $482 and then they through in an extra 13 weeks for a total of 39 weeks making it now $321.

Not only that but we were able to rent out our weeks for up to $1250 a week and we could make money doing that as well and still stay in the vacation club. All we had to do was deposit them with another of their partners Emrem Resort and Rental specialists for another fee of $549.

We were told and have in writing by Deon from Krystal that there would never ever be any maintenance fees, no exchange fees.

All that was in the summer of 2007 as of November 2010 we have never heard a word from anyone regarding the rental of any of the weeks and  we are now starting to get maintenance fee bills and contacted from debt collector's.

I had contacted Nadine Gaffert and was emailed back from Ray Rubio from Krystal Vacation Club that there was no guarentee of anything or nothing they could do. I could  not sell anything back .

The Krystal Vacation Club in Cancun and Emrem is the biggest RIP OFF you have ever seen. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Do not wasted you timer, effort or and $$$ with these people.

I even went to Sell MY Time Share and paid them another fee of $500 in 2009 and havent heard a peep out of them either.

Krystal  Vacation Club Sales people lie to you and even Ray Rubio's comment back to me in an email about his people lying is that " He was truely sorry" but could do nothing about it.

What a costly RIPOFF and nothing I can do about it.
