Re: KSL Cyprus Lettings. This company is a complete disaster and I would advise that no-one touches them with a barge pole. I first got in contact with them some years ago when they found a tenant for a property I own in Mazotos, Larnaca, Cyprus. I agreed a property management service of theirs (for approx. 14% of be rent each month). For this they would deal with the tenant if the tenant needed a plumber/electrician etc. and collect the rent from the tenant before onward paying me. Since then it has been extremely difficult for me to get this company to pay me the rent that received from the tenant. Months and months would pass, when despite me sending many emails and calling them they would either not respond or in the bitter end make payment to me (and then claim they could only pay approx. 3 months rent at a time even if I was due 7 months from them). In 2015 I went to the final stage of pre court action before they decided to (eventually) make a rent payment to me. Now we are in 2016 since March 2016 they have been completely silent, not responding to any correspondence of mine or not making any payment. I am totally exasperated with them and now consider them a rip off. I have reported them to the local police and am now in the process of lodging a claim via the European small claims court against them. Even though they have been served with formal notice in this regard they still remain silent. I can only assume that their intent is to de-fraud or otherwise refuse to forward rent funds that are validity due to me as landlord. Overall, they have been horrible to deal with since I started with them. They just do not care at all about providing any level of customer service and have now forced me into a position where I need to take court action against them. I would recommend anyone reading this who may be considering using their services in one regard or another, to simply save yourself a lot of heartache and don't.
