I purchased a shirt from Kurt Muller store some weeks ago, when i tried the shirt on one of the buttons just fell off and threads of cotton were loose on the sleeves. I went back to the shop the following day to ask for an exchange because i loved the shirt and wanted another one, the shirt still had all the tags on!

The kurt muller staff instantly refused a refund stating that i had worn the shirt and when i contested they started calling me a liar, i told them it is not my fault the buttons have came loose when simply trying the shirt on.

We even pointed out other shirts on the rack that looked like they were also about to fall apart but this angered the staff even more as other customers were waiting.

The kurt Muller staff have no respect for the sales of goods acts, they continue to sell faulty goods and do not refund customers.

I'm still shocked at how rude the staff were and how low they made me feel in front of other waiting people.

I now have a shirt which i cannot wear, out of pocket and angry because of the miss treatment from customer service.

Please do not buy from this store or make you try clothes on before leaving the shop.

Dear Editor,

I am emailing you from Kurt Muller Intl trade mark Owners,  regarding the rip off report which has just been published. 

We assume the store in question is the KM Lowry store at Salford Quays.

However, this store complaint is nothing to do with any of the other Kurt Muller strores and concessions.

The customer complaining about the service from staff  the KM Lowry store based in Salford Quays which is a franchised operation and is run completely separate from the other  Kurt Muller stores.

We are so  sorry to read of the service situation and to help The Lowry store is managed separately and  has their own website which is http://www.kurtmullerlowry.com/  and any complaint should be directed to the store manager Mr K direct, so they may respond and reconcile the situation with them.

For accuracy, Please can you amend the report to mention the name of the store which is Lowry Salford Quays in the report and change the website link to the Lowry website and remove www.kurtmuller.com as we do not want it to affect our excellent reputation and sales.

This is a one off situation and sould be resolved at store level, I do know the manager at Km Lowry and he is a reasonable and understanding person and surely will resolve the situation to the customers satisfaction.

All Kurt Muller products are guaranteed and of  perfect quality.

Overall, the report filed  is slanderous to the brand and inaccurate so should be amened/removed.
