Kurt Pengberg, Brian Davis and agent Anne S of the FBI committed Fraud. (bank, wire, mail, perjury, and conspiracy). The crime was committed during a FBI investigation and while Penberg was working as a informant. Penberg and one of his co-conspirators Brian Davis worked a deal with me to purchase a home in Carlsbad, ca. 92009 That loan was later found to be fraudulent). The FBI was using Kurt Penberg as a imformant and was privy to the property that was being sold and the parties involved. Penberg and the loan agent forged the name of a individual who held a second on the house. This lady (a senoir citizen) was not paid back her principle and did not know that this happen until it was to late. The FBI agent was working directly with Penberg and has pushed Penberg's, Davis, and her involvement under the carpet. The government should look into this case and prosecute all parties involved. I would love to help the Lady that got rippped off, and I could testify on her behalf. Regarding his business Kidsjukebox he has committed securities fruad after he was already convicted of the same violation. The FBI also knows this but refuses to do the right thing and prosecute him because he's and informant. Once again I could testify to all of the facts stated above, including more details.
