Recently I recieved my online statement from for Target VIsa. I thought the balance was higher than it should have been so I looked at the transactions. To my surprise I had a 14.95 charge from Kurtz Enterprises. I didn't recognize it so I searched the company online. No website for the company was found, and instead I found multiple reportings for the same company with the same exact charge! My credit card company is now taking care of it, but how did this happen?!
