KWASNIK, RODIO, KANOWITZ & BUCKLEY RIP OFF ARTISTS, SCAM ARTISTS CHERRY HILL New Jersey

I went to HOPE NOW MODIFICATIONS to help me with my mortgage. I sent them 1700.00 to do so. After sending piles of paperwork, letters of why I needed this modification and such I receive a letter from my mortgage company that says if I sign this paperwork I will get a temporary forebearance. The guy I am working with says...yep sign it and for the next 90 days you pay that amount. The mortgage companies are taking so long to do these modifications that this is what they are doing. OK so I sign, I send the money to the mortgage company and all is well...or so I think. Yesterday I get a letter from the scum firm that says,

"...Your mortgage company requires that prior to issuing you a Permanent restructure of your loan you enter into a temporary forbearance. We strongly suggest that you adhere to the terms set forth....Once you have completed the 3 to 6 month forbearance YOU should contact your mortgage company to (now are you ready for this) request a PERMANENT modification. The acquisition of this forebearance agreement ends our legal representation of you"

I paid these THIEVES to get me a modification...NOT a temporary forebearance!!!! I could have done that on my own and saved 1700.00. Now I have to find another lawyer and pay all over again to get what I paid these thieves to do. I am also going to speak with a lawyer to see if I can sue these people for NOT doing what I paid them to do.

STAY AWAY FROM HOPE NOW MODIFICATIONS AND THIS LAW FIRM.
