Kwik Kar Lube n Tune I had a fuel pump replaced, it was 1,000 for labor and the part, when i went to pick up my car, it wasn't starting up right, it was struggling to start, they gave me the excuse that it had been sittin Humble, Texas

I had a fuel pump replaced, two weeks ago, it was the whole fuel pump assembly, they kept it for 3 full days, when I went to pick up my suv, it wouldn't not start up, I had to try and start several times to get it going, it was running perfectly before any work had been done, I expressed my concern way before i even drove it off the lot, when I came in twice to tell them about it, both times they told me it was hard to start due to the fact that it had been sitting for 3 days, i have never had my suv give me trouble starting regardless of how long I had not ran it. I knew it was a load of crap, I finally got so tired of dealing with them, I had another shop look at my car at no charge to give me a second opinion, right away the new shop knew that it was the wrong fuel pump installed and thats why i had trouble starting it, when i called the old shop kwik kar to tell them what we found, the assured me it was the right fuel pump, it was a lie. they told me to bring it back in and they would put a new pump, the same one in my car, at the this point i did not trust them to touch my car, they refused to admit it was there mistake. I had to have it fixed by my new mechanic, which was cheaper than kwik kar, 600 hundred bucks cheaper and my car is as good as new, when i took the fuel pump back to them that they installed they refused to take the charge for that pump and the labor off my bill, they were very rude about the whole thing, blaming me. I know two other close friends that have had car issues after this kwik kar works on them, on one account, my friends car blew up! they promise good work, but do not know what they are doing and refuse to take responsibility.
