Kyle A. McCoullum ,Kyle McCoullum Professional scam artist and former Philadelphia Police Officer owes over $19,000.00 in back child support and I my identity was utilized in fraudulent mortgages after he testified in Phila court that Riverside, California

I am the ex spouse of Kyle A. McCoullum originally from Philadelphia the associate of Sharon D. Smith aka Cobb.  He is a former Philadelphia Police officer with family ties in the Phila Police Dept where former Inspector Dan Castro (who was indicted by FEDS in or about 2007) invovling Real Estate Property.  My employment file at the Phila Police Dept was "missing" while Castro was in Internal Affairs.  Fraudulent loans, mortgages and student loans were taken out in with my information.   One of the address utilized in anEquity One  Inc. Mortgage scheme was the address of Sharon D. Smith aka Cobb McCoullum's associate in Philadelphia.   Equity One Inc. was indicted along with certain Police etc.  The alleged loan sharks posing as licensed agents prior to getting licensed "Cash Finders" aka Ronald Hargust of Philadlephia i a professional scam artist and hacker formerly of 1214 N 64 Street Philadelphia Pa. 19151 curent in 3200 block of York Street Phila Pa. 19132.  They have access to Dept of transportation records amoung other Govermental records thru corrupt officer and detectives. His uncle is a high ranking officer with influence.

My information was allegedly utilized to fund McCoullum's child support owed to me, as accounts were illegally created where theey illegally borrowed thousands against my property I paid cash for prior to meeting McCoullum in the Phila Police academy. Therefore his alleged payments were allegedly coming from fraudulent account created by is associates. McCoullum was alllegedly a drug gang member from Phila., and ironically Ronald Hargust have drug arrest yet these are people who have access to our personal information. Fraudulent student loans were taken out under my information.
