In September Kyree Shaw told us of a plan to Spring cars that the city of Philadelphia has taken from people who have not paid parking tickets.  He claimed he can get us a strong return for our money if we make short term loans with his Company.
My wife and I decided to try it. We began small, loaning 2-3,000 at a time. The first two or three cars he sprung, we did get our interest.

We then went in bigger with him loaning 15,000. Shortly after loaning him that, he stopped communicating with us and refused to pick up my calls.

Eventually, when I told him I am hiring a collection agency to get my money, he started to taunt me and tell me I will never see one penny of the money.

Then he started to say his attorney has drawn up a repayment plan and I would get it Jan. 5th. The plan never came.  Then he said in February 'the money will start to flow'. February came and went and no money ever came.

I kept calling him and he just taunted me and told me I will never see any of the money and no one can find him because he is a ghost.

He is trying to get away with not paying any of us and he is still soliciting more funds on line.

If I had any idea what a sociopath this man is, I never would have done this. My wife and I borrowed the money to do these deals and could not afford to lose this money.
