We've had nothing but numerous issues and leaks from the first trip with our KZ travel trailer we ordered new. We've spent the past year taking it in for service after every trip, attempted repairs have failed. Dealer said 3rd KZ like ours with same issue is manufacturer defect.
Now a full inspection reveals even more issues than we knew of. Beyond disappointed to pay new and have every family trip ruined. Learning the hard way KZ's warranty means nothing but that they will attempt repairs (not fix) repeatedly until the warranty runs out.
This is no where close to the quaility and customer service we were promised when purchasing. This TT is a lemon.

I fully agree with this post. KZ certainly have a reputation for throwing out junk of their factory. Nothing but problems with their units, and when things do go wrong (which they will) they don't want to know. Please do not be deceived by this company. Paint a large cardboard box and tow that around. It will stand up better than a KZ RV and when it dissintigrates you won't have to go through the hassle of dealing with the most incompetent fools in the U.S. I think it's a prerequisite have a low IQ to work there, and certainly an asset if you are mentally retarded, then you get to be a VP for what that titles worth.
