 I responded to a tv ad for cosmetics endorsed by Ivanka Trump and Shark Tank. It was represented as "30 day free trial. Only pay shipping and handling" I received the product along with a second product i had not ordered. I phoned customer service and was tpld that i had indeed ordered both products! Wben i received the products I called again and was tpld I had 30 days and could either return or keep them for a reduced rate. 5 days later, my Debit card was charged $97.00. I called again and was tpld I could return for a $20.00 restocking fee or keep the products for a 70% refund. After asking for a supervisor, I was given RAM and told I would receive a full refund after 7-10 days. I am returning the products todsy!
