L & L Screening Keith Hommer Boca's Finest Screening Rude, Unprofessional, makes appointments and does not show up Port St. Lucie Florida

I strongly advise that people avoid L & L Screening, Keith Hommer and Boca's Finest Screening.

This company is extremely unprofessional, and Keith Hommer is an extremely rude individual. This company made an appointment to fix my screens after Hurricane Irma hit Florida in September of 2017. I waited two weeks for service and they never showed up on the specified day and time. Not only did they not show up, they never called me to let me know they would not make the appointment.

I stayed home from work in order to make this appointment so they wasted not only my time, but my money as well. I called their office on the day of the appointment and left a message. No one ever called me back. Very unprofessional! I called the following day and left a second message and again, no one had the courtesy to call me back or explain why they did not show up for the scheduled appointment.

When I finally got Keith Hommer on the phone, he said they were swamped with work and suggested I contact another company. When I asked why they made an appointment and did not show up, Keith became agitated that I was critical of their lack of professionalism. I have used this company in the past and thought Keith was unprofessional and rude, but I used them anyway because getting a screen company to do a small job is very difficult.

Avoid this company at all costs! They will not show up and then not explain why, and will give you a hard time for questioning them.

I can't stress enough how rude and unprofessional Keith Hommer has acted on several occasions. He is a very poor businessman and gives the screen repair profession a bad name!
